60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
I take pride in every plane that I make. I know that if you are spending your hard earned money on the tools that I craft, you want to be sure that you are receiving your money’s worth, at the very least. As a means to that end, I offer a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are at all unhappy with your Scott Meek Woodworks plane within the first 60 days of owning it, I will do everything in my power to ensure your full satisfaction, including a full refund if you choose to return it.
I truly believe that most issues that may arise in those first 60 days can be resolved through talking them over, be it over the phone or in an online video conference. I’m not doing my job very well unless you are thrilled with your Scott Meek Woodworks plane. If for some reason we can’t find a solution, I’ll refund you in full, and pay to ship the plane back to me. (For this reason, please refrain from disposing of the packaging your plane ships in until this 60 day period is up.)
